Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ALORÉA PERFUMES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, the following policy applies:

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used perfumes are NOT eligible for return or refund.

  • Refunds or replacements are provided only if:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Product damaged during transit

    • Manufacturing defect

Return Process

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us with order ID and clear images/videos of the issue

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
