At ALORÉA PERFUMES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, the following policy applies:
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened or used perfumes are NOT eligible for return or refund.
Refunds or replacements are provided only if:
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during transit
Manufacturing defect
Return Process
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
Email us with order ID and clear images/videos of the issue
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
